We are currently recruiting for the following position(s):
Database and Research Administrator
Temporary Position - Maternity Cover
Attractive basic salary - £16,000-£18,000 per annum pro rata
Candidate must be organised and be able to prioritise multiple tasks across multiple projects.
Good attention to detail is necessary as well as a confident and professional telephone manner. Previous experience of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access would be preferable.
Experience of using ACT 2011, Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM database would be an advantage. GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent and previous office experience preferred.
Duties will include:
· Assisting in the design and maintenance of client databases
· Producing operational reports for the company as well as client reports
· Undertaking client research projects
· Using the internet and telephone
· Being the first point of contact for incoming calls and general administrative duties
